Ever since I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with all things to do with mind, body and spirit wellness. I danced ballet and practiced yoga throughout my childhood, and I’ve always been fascinated by fairies, angels, and all things mystical.
It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2015 that I really started taking my health and wellbeing seriously. It’s been a journey full of ups and downs, but I’ve learned so much about nutrition, fitness, mental wellness and spirituality since then.
Not long after my diagnosis, I enrolled in yoga and barre teacher training programs, and immersed myself in dozens of self-development books on subjects like vibration, mindfulness, the paleo lifestyle and yoga. I’ve become obsessed with self-development, spiritual growth, and learning all I can to live a happy, healthy, purpose-driven life.
I’m by no means an expert, but I’m committed to continue expanding my knowledge, finding things that light me up, and gathering inspiration wherever I can so I can share it with you, my beautiful readers.
